Co-Founder and CEO

I’m a fulfilled father of our twins, Maya and Tony and a big Land Rover enthusiast! At Meritum Cloud I’m primarily responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations of our Cloud Services Centre in Krakow. I work closely with our clients and partners to ensure the technology and services portfolio we provide are relevant, cost-efficient and provide expected benefits.

Shaun Ritchie

Co-Founder and CTO

I spend my time juggling work, family, and a strict gym routine. A healthy lifestyle is really important to me but I allow myself the odd beer once in a while. At Meritum Cloud I work with new and existing customers to advise them on how cloud can benefit their business. I oversee all projects from a technical perspective and also mentor our technical team members to help them advance their careers.

I am an enthusiastic traveller, passionate about exploring new cultures and getting to know interesting people. At Meritum, my goal is to build long-term strategic partnerships with our customers and partners, ensuring their highest satisfaction and supporting them in meeting their business objectives. Happy-go-lucky describes me perfectly, but at the same time professional and dedicated to all I do. Mum of three, crazy about her dog and a healthy lifestyle I am always trying to find balance in my life. At Meritum Cloud, I am accountable for recruitment, Employer Branding and Business Operations. A Passion for recruitment and technical sourcing, combined with a CIPD qualification and HR Advisory experience helps me in implementing best HR practices along with finding the best talent for our Team.

My interest and passion with technology started when I built my first home computer. Since then, I have grown both my skills and knowledge to help support international customers in my previous companies. At Meritum I am responsible for supporting cloud services in the Managed Services Team. In my free time I like to keep fit jogging and walking with my dog.

I am an experienced IT Support Engineer, familiar with a wide range of IT technologies and applications, always eager and quick to learn. I also possess extensive knowledge in the Communication Studies field as it is the subject I majored in and my passion. I love books, travelling and horseback riding.

IT specialist interested in all aspects of private and public cloud infrastructure build, migrations and maintenance. Work experience in technical architect, project manager and infrastructure engineer role allowed me to develop unique skills and have a holistic view of all phases of IT infrastructure projects.

Arkadiusz Opoczko

Cloud Support Specialist

For the last 4 years I’ve been busy with reviving end user’s hardware, OS and app troubleshooting and active monitoring of customers’ infrastructure. Experience with customers as well as understanding the technology allows me to effectively approach both.
As an IT support specialist I’ve learned how to celebrate thousands of small daily achievements that paint the ultimate picture of my work.

Marcin Petynka

At Meritum, I am responsible for running projects and supporting our services with technical advisory. With managed services background and quite a wide range of IT technologies, I’m trying to do my best to support customers and colleagues whenever needed. I attempt to adhere to the principle of continuous improvement and look for self-development. In IT aspects, I’m always striving for a wide overview of the case to determine best practices and efficient solutions. I believe that it will improve the quality of services and customer experiences.

The sacrifice of time to my family and gym routine helps me to be a better man each day.

In my free time, I’m trying to be up to date with all cutting-edge technologies and, from time to time, I cook something nice at home.

A Renaissance man, for more than 15 years I have been providing the highest level of various IT solutions. I believe that IT systems are meant to help people on a daily basis, so I try first of all to define and understand their needs, which I later explain to machines. At Meritum Cloud I work with the implementation of new solutions and maintenance of existing systems for our clients. In my free time you can meet me at concerts.
